Las Vegas is among the most accessible NASCAR destinations by air. As a major international travel hub, the city offers an extensive choice of domestic and overseas flights, alongside excellent facilities for private and charter aviation.

Harry Reid International Airport (LAS)

• Distance to Speedway: Approximately 20 miles south of LVMS (around 25–30 minutes by car)
• Overview: Las Vegas’ primary commercial airport serves nonstop routes to most major U.S. cities as well as a wide range of international destinations.
• Getting Around: Rental cars are available on site (including Alamo, Avis, Dollar, and Hertz), along with airport shuttles, taxis, and rideshare services such as Uber and Lyft, making travel to both the Speedway and the Strip straightforward.

North Las Vegas Airport (VGT)

• Distance to Speedway: Roughly 7 miles (about 15 minutes by car)
• Overview: A smaller airport focused on general aviation, private flights, and charters. Ideal for travellers seeking quick and convenient access to Las Vegas Motor Speedway.

Henderson Executive Airport (HND)

• Distance to Speedway: Around 35 miles (approximately 40–45 minutes by car)
• Overview: Located on the southern edge of the Las Vegas Valley, this airport primarily serves private and corporate aircraft and is a popular alternative for non-commercial arrivals.

Maverick Helicopters

For the fastest – and most memorable – way to reach the Speedway, fans can opt for helicopter transfers between the Las Vegas Strip and LVMS.
